Principal Consultant - SAP Vistex

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Vistex Consultant to lead enhancements, support production issues and drive continuous improvements for our pharmaceutical clients in Frankfurt, Germany. The role works closely with business stakeholders and cross‑functional SAP teams to ensure seamless integration of Vistex with SAP SD, FI and related modules.

Key responsibilities

• Support Vistex enhancements and troubleshoot production incidents.
• Perform impact assessments for change requests.
• Drive continuous process improvements across chargebacks, billbacks, rebates, incentives, royalties, contracts and claims management.
• Collaborate with SAP SD, FI and other modules to ensure proper integration.
• Support custom developments, testing activities and deployments.
• Maintain data quality and generate required reports.
• Engage with business stakeholders and manage travel within Germany as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP Vistex in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong expertise in chargebacks, billbacks, rebates, incentives, royalties, contracts and claims management.
• Proven ability to resolve support tickets, implement enhancements and conduct incident resolution.
• Knowledge of SAP SD integration, SAP Fiori and ABAP debugging/custom development.
• Excellent communication, requirement‑gathering and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel within Germany.
