Procurement Performance Controlling Specialist

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a Procurement Performance Controlling Specialist to support its Space Systems Business Line. The role focuses on controlling the “Buy Side” procurement activities for flight and on‑ground products, providing data‑driven insights across the program lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate indirect projects within the cost base to ensure financial alignment.
• Produce reliable monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial reports based on verified data.
• Analyse productivity, cost recovery, and risk/opportunity indicators to advise stakeholders.
• Implement and harmonise standard processes, leveraging core ERP capabilities.
• Capture and share budgeting and controlling expertise to foster continuous learning.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance or Controlling.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organised and able to prioritise multi‑faceted projects.
• Strong team spirit, high integrity and interest in digital controlling tools.
• Fluent in English and German.
