Product Manager – Inbound Logistics

About the role

Inbound logistics is the backbone of AUTODOC’s supply chain, feeding every downstream operation. The team currently struggles with undelivered advance notices and legacy ERP constraints that break inventory traceability. As Product Manager – Inbound Logistics you will lead the redesign of the inbound supply chain, creating automated pipelines and a data visibility layer from purchase order creation to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the product strategy and roadmap for inbound logistics, balancing tech‑debt reduction with new capabilities.
• Build automated data pipelines that achieve full three‑way matching between purchase orders, physical receipts, and financial invoices.
• Establish standard supplier communication mechanisms (APIs, EDI/TecCom, file transfers) and drive Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) adoption.
• Integrate SAP ERP with internal AWS warehouse management systems to ensure continuous end‑to‑end data flow.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Procurement, Vendor Operations, Warehouse Operations, Finance, and Supplier Integrations, aligning conflicting needs into a prioritized roadmap.
• Conduct independent technical discoveries, analyse ERP data with SQL, and use AI tools to draft development‑ready specifications and test scenarios.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Owner in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or e‑commerce inbound operations.
• Proven track record in purchase order management, supplier master data, or inbound visibility using enterprise tools such as SAP MM/S4, Coupa, Manhattan, or IBM Sterling.
• Strong understanding of procure‑to‑pay financial flows and ability to query databases (SQL) and read application logs.
• Daily use of AI tools (e.g., Gemini) to accelerate discovery, analyse data exports, and create detailed spec tickets.
• Experience managing matrixed senior stakeholders (Director/VP level) and defending scope decisions.
