Production & Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Production & Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Berlin team. You will act as the operational bridge between our headquarters and Italian manufacturing partners, ensuring that footwear and accessories collections move smoothly from order placement to warehouse receipt.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate seasonal production timelines with Italian factories and ensure timely purchase order placement.
• Monitor production progress, follow up on milestones and resolve issues to guarantee on‑time deliveries.
• Maintain and upload accurate product master data, manage EAN code allocation and create barcode labels.
• Oversee inbound logistics, verify shipping documentation, review quantities and manage any overages or shortages.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Merchandising, Operations and Warehousing to keep cross‑functional teams aligned.
• Maintain delivery performance dashboards and ensure data integrity across reporting tools.
• Identify and propose improvements to operational processes and supply‑chain efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Fashion Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in production coordination, supply‑chain logistics or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work proactively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with product data management and master‑data systems.
• Knowledge of EAN code allocation and barcode labeling processes.
• Familiarity with inbound logistics coordination and shipping documentation.
