Project Lead Business Strategy, Innovation & New Technologies

About the role

Bosch Management Consulting is looking for a visionary leader to shape the commercial strategy and execution of breakthrough technologies such as robotics, generative AI, quantum computing, carbon capture and hydrogen solutions. The Project Lead will steer projects from concept to market, working closely with senior executives and C‑level stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑impact innovation projects with direct C‑level visibility, defining business models and commercial strategies.
• Drive end‑to‑end execution, ensuring alignment with Bosch’s growth and sustainability goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor on emerging technologies, sustainability and digital transformation.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify growth opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform in‑depth analyses, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and monitor measurable results.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote a culture of collaboration and learning.

Required profile

• Completed university studies in business or a comparable discipline.
• Several years of experience at a top‑tier strategy consultancy with a proven track record as a project leader.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Business‑fluent in written and spoken German and English.
