About the role
This is a data‑driven RevOps Manager position within a fast‑growing, mission‑focused company. You will work remotely and collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and customer‑success teams to build a scalable revenue engine.
Key responsibilities
- Design, document and optimise revenue‑operations processes across sales, marketing and customer‑success.
- Manage and maintain CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce) ensuring data quality and seamless integrations.
- Build dashboards and analyse funnel performance to provide strategic insights.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to align revenue goals, KPIs and forecasting methodologies.
- Support territory planning, pipeline management, quota setting and revenue forecasting.
- Create training materials, process documentation and best‑practice guides.
- Identify automation opportunities and improve workflows for long‑term growth.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Business Analytics, preferably in SaaS, AI or cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of forecasting, pipeline management and key revenue metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, conversion rates).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Strategic, analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
Required skills
- HubSpot or Salesforce CRM platforms
- Advanced Excel and data‑analysis capabilities
- Project‑management tools such as Jira, Trello or Asana
