RevOps Manager

About the role

This is a data‑driven RevOps Manager position within a fast‑growing, mission‑focused company. You will work remotely and collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and customer‑success teams to build a scalable revenue engine.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document and optimise revenue‑operations processes across sales, marketing and customer‑success.
• Manage and maintain CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce) ensuring data quality and seamless integrations.
• Build dashboards and analyse funnel performance to provide strategic insights.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align revenue goals, KPIs and forecasting methodologies.
• Support territory planning, pipeline management, quota setting and revenue forecasting.
• Create training materials, process documentation and best‑practice guides.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve workflows for long‑term growth.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Business Analytics, preferably in SaaS, AI or cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, pipeline management and key revenue metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, conversion rates).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strategic, analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
