About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our MAX&Co. store. In this position you will represent the brand’s DNA, deliver an exceptional in‑store experience and help drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high‑quality shopping experience.
Demonstrate deep product and brand knowledge acquired through training and stay updated on luxury market trends.
Execute the brand’s selling ceremony and visual merchandising standards to maximize sales opportunities.
Achieve store sales targets and key performance indicators.
Build and maintain client relationships, acquire new customers and meet conversion goals.

Required profile

Passion for fashion and a customer‑oriented mindset.
Minimum 10 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication abilities.
Fluent in English and German.

Required skills

Proficiency in English and German languages.
