Sales Development Representative – DACH Region

About the role

Join the sales team of a global AI‑powered customer engagement platform and help businesses across the DACH region connect with their audiences. As a Sales Development Representative you will focus on outbound lead generation for event marketing and ticketing solutions, working with iconic brands such as Tomorrowland, F1 Dutch Grand Prix and Live Nation.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify outbound leads for AI‑driven event engagement and ticketing products.
• Educate prospects on the value of a unified customer engagement platform.
• Schedule discovery meetings and hand‑over qualified opportunities to account executives.
• Collaborate closely with marketing to align campaigns and with senior sales colleagues to refine outreach tactics.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM and follow the CM.com sales methodology.
