Senior Supply Chain Manager (m/w/d)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Supply Chain Manager to lead and scale our supply‑chain and procurement function in Germany. Based in Berlin, you will work closely with the Supply Chain Director to shape long‑term strategies that support rapid growth of our online dermatology platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long‑term supply‑chain strategies in partnership with the Supply Chain Director.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain optimal stock coverage.
• Own relationships with key suppliers and logistics providers, negotiate contracts and ensure compliance.
• Identify supply‑chain risks and create contingency plans to minimise disruptions.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives across procurement, logistics, demand planning and inventory management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Product and Commercial teams to align supply‑chain priorities with business goals.
• Drive sustainability and innovation by leveraging digital tools, automation and new business models.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations or consulting.
• Deep understanding of end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes, including sourcing, supplier management, logistics, planning and fulfillment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, with proven influence at all organisational levels.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on cost efficiency, service quality and risk mitigation.
