Site Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Coordinator to support ongoing data centre projects in Germany, primarily in the Frankfurt region. The role ensures smooth day‑to‑day site operations and acts as the main liaison between contractors, suppliers and internal project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily on‑site activities across contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress against timelines and track key site activities.
• Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for communication, issue resolution and coordination.
• Assist with site logistics, including materials management and workforce scheduling.
• Identify, report and escalate risks, delays and performance issues.
• Ensure all site work complies with health, safety and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience on data centre, construction or industrial projects.
• Strong coordination, organisational and communication abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.

Required skills

• Solid technical understanding of electrical systems.
• Solid technical understanding of mechanical systems.
• Solid technical understanding of thermal and cooling infrastructure.
