Site Manager

About the role

Crown, Ireland's leading specialist roofing, cladding and façade contractor, is expanding across Europe. We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead multiple projects in Ireland, Finland and Germany, ensuring safe, on‑time delivery and the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations across all assigned locations.
• Coordinate labour, plant and material resources while ensuring full Health & Safety compliance.
• Procure and deliver materials according to programme and budget.
• Maintain site quality assurance procedures, including Inspection and Test Plans.
• Prepare and update risk assessments and method statements.
• Produce weekly progress reports with photographs and variance analysis.
• Chair internal site meetings and attend coordination meetings with main contractors, clients and design teams.
• Track commercial performance, monitor costs and report variations promptly.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.

Required profile

• Construction‑related qualification (Construction Science or Engineering preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of site management experience on roofing, cladding or façade projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to monitor project costs.
• Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on a rotational basis across sites.
