Working Student – Supply Chain & Logistics

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a working student to support the Supply Chain and Logistics A400M department for a German Air Force customer. The role offers an in‑depth insight into supply chain processes and close interaction with material and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Digitalization and support for a Knowledge Management Tool creation.
• Execute material operations service in accordance with the customer contract and coordinate with the Material Support Centre of Competence.
• Execute and monitor purchase operations.
• Solve operational issues daily together with the Material Support Centre, Material Manager, Material Operations Manager and the customer.
• Execute the mentioned flows in the different ERPs related to the contract: SAP, MDNPro and SASPF.

Required profile

• Enrolled full‑time student in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or a similar field of study.
• Motivated, proactive and willing to take initiative.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Fluent English; good German or Spanish skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Programming skills in VBA (appreciated).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
