Account Executive – Munich (DACH) – 120k OTE + Stock Options

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive our rapid expansion across the DACH region. Based in Munich, you will own the full commercial cycle, building new verticals from scratch and establishing high‑value relationships with senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients in technical and engineering‑focused markets.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, from initial contact through contract negotiation and post‑sale expansion.
• Collaborate closely with Strategists and Talent Partners to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
• Maintain a high volume of outbound activity while positioning yourself as a trusted advisor using data‑driven market insights.
• Develop additional revenue streams within existing accounts.

Required profile

• Native or C1/C2 level German fluency.
• Minimum 6 months of outbound B2B sales experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convey complex technical value propositions.
• Comfortable engaging C‑level executives.
• Based in Munich.
