Account Manager – B2B2C (Tech & Telecom)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to own and grow B2B2C relationships for our global mobile communications platform. You will act as the main liaison between key enterprise customers and internal teams, ensuring our solutions are fully integrated and delivering measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, handling all inquiries and escalations.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Conduct in‑depth needs analyses to uncover new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with product partners to ensure our offering meets customer requirements and drives conversions.
• Present and demonstrate products and services, highlighting their value and benefits.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in tech, telecom or related industries.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise relationships and expanding share of wallet.
• Strong interest in the digital ecosystem and a tech‑savvy mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Analytical, problem‑solving orientation with a structured, organised work approach.
• Ability to engage C‑level executives, product owners and other key stakeholders.
