Accountant – Finance Operations (DACH)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to support financial operations for the DACH region. The role will work closely with senior finance colleagues, handling month‑end close, reconciliations and compliance while providing both back‑office and front‑office support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage back‑office and front‑office administrative tasks, including phone and mail handling.
• Control and track IT equipment assets such as phones and laptops.
• Liaise with third‑party providers and handle supplier and customer forms.
• Perform credit control, debt chasing and posting of invoices in the company ERP system.
• Process invoice filing for the local accounting system and generate credit‑card reports.
• Handle expense request processing and perform bank reconciliations.

Required profile

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Highly organized with strong administrative skills.
• Trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential information.
• Based in Germany with the right to work there.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience using an ERP accounting system.
