Accountant – Finance Operations

About the role

United Offshore Support GmbH (UOS) is seeking a dedicated Accountant to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations across its global offshore support business. The role is fully remote and offers flexible working hours, allowing you to manage day‑to‑day accounting tasks from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including transaction processing and record‑keeping.
• Process and post incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Reconcile accounts, maintain bank postings, and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and support month‑end closing activities.
• Assist with tax summary preparation and other regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with internal departments and the Finance Manager to validate invoices and allocate entries accurately.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training in accounting or a related field (e.g., office administrator, industrial clerk).
• 3–5 years of experience in a comparable accounting role.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Strong communication skills and a structured, independent working style.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Proficiency with common MS Office applications.
