Acquisition Manager – Germany

About the role

As an Acquisition Manager you will lead Collins Foods Europe’s expansion of KFC across Germany. You will turn market opportunities into new restaurant locations, guiding each project from concept to opening.

Key responsibilities

• Own the pipeline of new store openings, identifying and securing high‑potential sites that align with growth targets.
• Manage the full acquisition process – site assessment, permits, construction handover – using market insights and trade‑area analysis.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with landlords, developers, investors and internal teams such as Construction, Operations and Yum! Brands.
• Prepare and present investment proposals, site approval packs and continuously optimise commercial performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in real estate, retail, QSR or development.
• Deep understanding of the end‑to‑end development process.
• Commercially sharp with ROI‑driven decision making.
• Strong analytical thinking combined with intuition.
• Confident communicator and negotiator.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, international environment.
