Acquisition / SEO Lead

About the role

We are looking for an Acquisition / SEO Lead to shape and execute the full customer acquisition strategy for the DACH market. Reporting to the DACH commercial unit, you will lead a team of two SEO specialists and two content specialists while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the end‑to‑end acquisition strategy for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Lead, manage and develop a team of two SEO specialists and two content specialists.
• Define a holistic acquisition mix across SEO, paid search, content, affiliates, digital PR, social and emerging discovery channels.
• Translate business goals into acquisition plans, campaign calendars and budget allocations.
• Own and evolve the DACH SEO strategy, including technical SEO, content creation and off‑page activities.
• Conduct SEO analysis, audits and performance tracking to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, tech, CRM, PR, paid marketing and commercial teams.

• Proven experience leading SEO and acquisition initiatives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to balance strategic ownership and operational execution.
• Excellent collaboration skills across product, tech and marketing functions.
