Administration Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an Administration Assistant to support the hotel team with back‑office administration and accounting functions. You will ensure that the hotel's financial and administrative processes run smoothly while complying with Head Office Controlling standards.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the hotel's accounting and administrative processes.
• Manage digital invoice processing, including booking and payment runs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly statistics and reports.
• Handle general office organisation and day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
• Serve as the primary liaison between hotel management and the Head Office Controlling department.

Required profile

• A commercial or hotel‑industry apprenticeship, or relevant accounting experience.
• Exceptional organisational skills with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Confident, communicative demeanor with strong verbal skills in German and English.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a structured approach to tasks.
• Demonstrated team spirit and willingness to support across departments.
