Administrative Support – Device Logistics (Munich)

About the role

We are looking for an Administrative Support professional to join the devices team of a global technology company in Munich. The role is hands‑on and operations‑focused, ensuring that testing devices are efficiently prepared, shipped and tracked across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, distribute and collect devices for internal testing programmes.
• Track device movement and status using internal inventory systems.
• Manage shipping processes, including packaging, labeling and customs documentation.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments throughout the EMEA region.
• Conduct physical and system‑based inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting related to device handling and logistics.
• Provide daily reporting and general administrative support to the team.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, shipping or inventory management.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment.
• Willingness to work onsite in a hands‑on operational role.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
