Admission Manager – Student Recruitment

About the role

Join WBS CODING SCHOOL, a leading tech school in Germany, as the primary contact for prospective students from first contact through contract signing. You will guide applicants, ensure they feel well‑advised, and support successful admissions.

Key responsibilities

• Present the school’s course offerings in a compelling way to prospective students.
• Provide tailored support on the application process, courses, and funding options.
• Engage with potential students across all communication channels.
• Conduct interviews as part of the admission process.
• Perform administrative tasks related to the future student journey.
• Identify trends, bottlenecks and best practices and share observations with the Admission team and other departments.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented organizational talent with a big‑picture view.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and German.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a solution‑driven approach.
• Open‑minded attitude toward admission and student recruitment.
• Experience in admissions, sales, student recruitment or customer service is a plus.
• Passion for the IT industry and new technologies.
