AI Deployment Strategist - Medtech R&D

About the role

REMATIQ is building a specialised AI platform for regulated medtech R&D, quality and regulatory workflows. As an AI Deployment Strategist you will work closely with customers, delivery, product and engineering teams to translate complex product development processes into high‑impact AI use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive customer project workstreams from discovery through workflow design, implementation support, testing, iteration and delivery.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory and cross‑functional customer teams to understand processes, constraints and opportunities for AI‑powered improvement.
• Create and review deliverables such as workshop materials, workflow maps, gap analyses, impact assessments and AI‑generated outputs.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in medtech R&D, product development, design controls, technical project management or related consulting.
• Strong project ownership with ability to structure ambiguous work, align stakeholders and drive cross‑functional projects to delivery.
• Excellent customer‑facing communication skills, able to build trust with senior R&D, Quality and Regulatory stakeholders.

Required skills

• Practical understanding of regulated medical device development, including design controls, requirements management, risk management, verification & validation, design reviews, design transfer and DHF documentation.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate work and produce high‑quality deliverables.
