About the role

Join Lio, a fast‑growing AI company backed by Andreessen Horowitz and Y Combinator, as an AI Implementation Manager in Munich. You will guide Fortune‑500 and DAX‑listed enterprises through the end‑to‑end adoption of AI agents for their procurement operations, ensuring each deployment delivers measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle enterprise implementations from kickoff to go‑live.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable implementation plans and solution designs.
• Act as the primary project owner and trusted advisor for large‑scale customers.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Proactively manage timelines, risks, stakeholder communication, and escalations.
• Convert customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Develop and refine implementation processes and playbooks for future growth.

Required profile

• Experience in software implementations, customer success, implementation consulting, or technical project management.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive projects from start to finish.
• Excellent communication skills to build trust with enterprise customers and coordinate across technical and business teams.
• Comfort operating in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Solution‑oriented thinking with a curiosity for AI technologies.
