AI Marketing Lead – Automation, MarTech & Workflow Integration

About the role

The AI Marketing Lead will activate artificial intelligence across the company's MarTech stack, designing low‑code workflows that replace manual effort and directly drive commercial results. You will work with modern AI platforms, generative tools and integration services to shape how marketing operates globally.

Key responsibilities

• Activate and connect AI capabilities across MarTech platforms such as Salesforce, AgentForce, DreamData, Asana and others.
• Build and maintain low‑code automations and API integrations using tools like Zapier, n8n, Make or Copilot Studio to remove manual effort.
• Define and own the MarTech AI roadmap, prioritising initiatives based on measurable commercial impact.
• Develop AI‑powered reporting, analytics and content‑generation workflows that improve campaign performance and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in AI, business systems or marketing technology with a proven record of delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong commercial mindset – able to link AI initiatives to time savings, pipeline contribution or cost reduction.
• Excellent communication in English and German (minimum C1) and ability to work with global, cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally a few times per year.

Required skills

• Python or JavaScript scripting.
• API integration experience.
• Low‑code/orchestration tools: Zapier, n8n, Make, Copilot Studio.
• Prompt engineering for generative AI.
• GA4, Google Search Console and CRM data analysis.
• Salesforce (including Einstein) and related MarTech platforms.
