AI Search Strategist

About the role

Peec is looking for an AI Search Strategist to help leading brands and agencies succeed in the emerging AI‑driven search landscape. You will onboard new clients, advise them on visibility across AI assistants and generative surfaces, and translate business goals into actionable organic growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard and activate key clients, educating them on leveraging Peec AI to achieve top rankings in AI search.
• Review websites, content and search performance to uncover AI‑search opportunities across search engines, AI assistants and generative surfaces.
• Run advisory sessions, turning growth and brand goals into actionable GEO strategies and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Sales, Growth and Product to refine activation journeys, case studies and customer enablement programs.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on SEO or organic growth experience, preferably at a top‑tier SEO agency.
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, search intent and how organic performance drives business outcomes.
• Strong consulting skills with experience presenting strategic recommendations and challenging client thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; German is a plus.
