AI Social Media & Performance Creative Specialist

About the role

Open Ring is seeking a part‑time AI Social Media & Performance Creative Specialist to shape the brand’s presence across social platforms, paid advertising, and community channels. You will blend AI‑assisted ideation with strong visual taste to produce engaging content that resonates with developers, researchers, startups, and wearable‑tech enthusiasts.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule social posts, carousels, short‑form videos, and campaign assets for LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Develop AI‑generated visuals, copy, and video concepts using tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, and Canva AI.
• Design paid‑ad creatives and copy variations for Meta, LinkedIn, Google, TikTok, and similar platforms.
• Translate technical product features into clear, engaging storytelling for a technical audience.
• Support product launches, founder‑led content, community updates, and educational posts.
• Research trends, competitor ads, and creator formats in wearables, health tech, open‑source, and AI communities.
• Track content and ad performance metrics and iterate creative assets based on data.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, performance creative, or related fields.
• Strong portfolio of social posts, ad creatives, short‑form videos, or visual campaigns.
• Excellent copywriting skills for hooks, captions, ad copy, and CTAs.
• High ownership, ability to work independently, and solid visual judgment.

Required skills

• AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly.
• Design tools: Canva, Figma, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Productivity tools: Notion, Google Workspace.
• Basic knowledge of paid social advertising, creative testing, and performance metrics.
