AI Software Engineer – Backend & AI Pipelines

About the role

Our customer, Remove.tech, is a Legal‑tech B2B SaaS company that protects products on the internet by automatically detecting and removing counterfeits, scams, and brand abuse. This is not a “feature factory” role – you will shape how AI systems, data pipelines, and infrastructure evolve.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve backend services such as crawlers, APIs, and AI services.
• Design systems for scale, speed, and reliability.
• Build and improve AI pipelines (LLMs, classification, clustering).
• Transform messy real‑world data into structured insights.
• Improve code quality, testing, and monitoring standards.
• Collaborate closely with founders, product teams, and customers.
• Help hire and mentor future engineers.

Required profile

• Strong backend experience (ideally C#/.NET, but not mandatory).
• Comfortable with Node.js as a service layer.
• Experience with data‑heavy systems.
• Hands‑on experience with AI, LLMs, and data pipelines.
• Solid understanding of system design and architecture.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and messaging systems.
• Ownership mindset and decisive decision‑making.
• Clear communicator; startup or scale‑up experience is a plus.
