AI Trainer & Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an AI Trainer & Consultant to join Bots & People, a fast‑growing learning‑experience company. You will spend roughly 40 % of your time delivering live AI trainings and coaching sessions for large European enterprises, while the remaining time is dedicated to staying ahead of the AI landscape, shaping upskilling programmes and improving our internal AI usage.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver virtual and occasional on‑site AI trainings, workshops, hackathons and coaching for audiences ranging from 10 to 200+ participants.
• Adapt content to different industries, roles and skill levels, keeping sessions hands‑on and practical.
• Coach individuals and small groups on applying AI tools (prompting, workflows, agents, custom GPTs) to their daily work.
• Monitor the full AI ecosystem (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, open‑source models) and test new tools for enterprise relevance.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to design and refine AI upskilling programmes and training materials.
• Identify and implement AI‑driven automations to improve internal processes.
• Share insights, tool reviews and training stories publicly to build personal thought‑leadership.

Required profile

• Strong interest in AI and a habit of learning new tools quickly.
• Experience delivering training or consulting services to enterprise clients.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical, hands‑on activities.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
