AI Training & Adoption Specialist

About the role

As an AI Training & Adoption Specialist you will bridge AI expertise with real‑world teaching for a leading real‑estate operator. You will design and deliver role‑based curricula that help asset managers, property managers, leasing teams, finance, and ESG professionals work faster and smarter with AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design role‑specific training programs aligned with Aroundtown’s daily workflows (e.g., portfolio analysis, tenant communication, AI‑assisted reconciliation, ESG data collection).
• Shadow department teams, learn their systems, and create use‑cases from actual files rather than generic demos.
• Deliver training in various formats – short power sessions, half‑day workshops, full‑day deep dives, and virtual webinars.
• Produce durable enablement assets such as playbooks, prompt libraries, quick‑reference guides, and self‑service resources.
• Run Train‑the‑Trainer initiatives, co‑facilitate sessions, and build a network of internal AI champions.
• Measure adoption, time saved, and output quality; iterate curricula based on data and participant feedback.
• Translate AI safety, privacy, and compliance requirements into practical guidance.

Required profile

• Strong familiarity with real‑estate workflows (asset management, property management, leasing, finance, ESG) – highly preferred.
• Proven experience designing and delivering adult learning programs.
• Ability to embed within operational teams, understand their tools, and translate insights into training.
• Analytical mindset to track adoption metrics and refine content.
