Aircraft Manager / Risk Sharing Partner

About the role

Airbus is seeking an Aircraft Manager / Risk Sharing Partner to support the Single Aisle Ramp Up Fuselage programme in Hamburg. Working at the interface of supplier management, performance monitoring and industrial operations, you will help ensure the competitiveness, delivery reliability and overall performance of international partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage performance and daily operations of assigned on‑site partners and suppliers.
• Collect real‑time shop‑floor feedback and drive continuous improvement of processes.
• Track, analyse and report KPIs against targets for each partner.
• Act as the partner’s voice in internal escalations and support risk‑sharing projects.
• Conduct regular performance dialogues, set objectives and adjust them as needed.
• Provide training and coaching on best practices to sustainably raise partner performance.
• Coordinate priorities with internal stakeholders across the site.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of partner management in an aerospace or industrial setting.
• Techniker or bachelor degree minimum.
• Excellent communication and project‑management abilities.
• Fluent English; French and German are a plus.
• Eagerness to learn continuously and adapt to a fast‑changing environment.
