Aircraft Mechanic / Composite Technician – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

We are seeking three experienced Aircraft Mechanics / Composite Technicians to join an aviation production project in Europe on a six‑month fixed‑term basis. The role involves hands‑on preparation and assembly of composite aircraft parts, working within a 3‑shift system to meet production targets while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare composite aircraft components for production, including sanding, filling, masking, drilling and sawing.
• Interpret technical drawings and production instructions to execute mechanical assembly and sub‑assembly tasks.
• Record work progress and production data in SAP.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the production process.
• Adhere to technical documents, production orders, and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Technical background such as mechanical, painting, carpentry or a related field.
• Experience in assembly, machining or composite work is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Reliable, flexible, quality‑focused and able to work shifts.
• Good English skills; German is a plus.
• Legal right to work in the EU.

Required skills
