Airport Concierge – Premium Services

About the role

The Airport Concierge will deliver personalized, high‑touch service to Air Canada’s most valuable passengers, including Aeroplan Super Elite 100K, other top‑tier members and Signature class travelers. Working across arrivals, check‑in, departures, transfers and lounges at Frankfurt Airport, you will ensure a seamless and memorable experience for premium customers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort premium passengers at check‑in, guiding them to the lounge when required.
• Assist with ticketing, upgrades, connections, baggage retrieval and last‑minute arrangements during arrivals and departures.
• Support premium customers at gates, ensuring smooth boarding.
• Coordinate with the 24/7 Concierge Desk and local partners such as hotels and other airlines.
• Provide solutions during irregular operations and maintain daily activity reports.
• Network with global concierge agents and liaise with concierge groups for high‑profile customer handling.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Tourism (asset) and experience in a similar concierge or ticketing role (asset).
• Fluent in English (written and oral) and German at B2 level or higher; French or additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to travel for seminars or training and obtain an airport pass.
• Willingness to wear the Air Canada uniform and comply with airport security and safety regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using the ALTEA reservations system.
• Basic internet and email usage.
