Analyst – Global Banking Corporate Client Coverage

About the role

Santander’s Corporate & Investment Banking division is seeking an Analyst for its Global Banking – Corporate Client Coverage team in Frankfurt. The role supports corporate clients and internal stakeholders, developing strategies, building financial models, and ensuring compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for corporate clients, providing comprehensive service across products and geographies.
• Participate in transaction preparation and execution, collaborating with product teams such as DCM, syndicated loans, and global transaction banking.
• Perform financial and strategic analysis, create client presentations, and support credit documentation and risk committees.
• Monitor client profitability, revenue targets, and ensure compliance with KYC standards.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in corporate or investment banking.
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in finance, business, economics or related field.
• Fluent in German and English; Spanish optional.

Required skills

• Basic financial modelling and company valuation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
