Android Mobile Application Developer for AI Neobank

About the role

KIRA is building an AI‑powered neobank app that combines insurance, payments, savings and investment services. We are looking for an Android engineer who can create clean, high‑performance mobile experiences for real customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship Android features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Develop end‑to‑end mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals and other financial services.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex user journeys.
• Integrate backend REST APIs, ensure stability, security and reliability of mobile flows.
• Optimize app performance, reduce crash rates, improve loading states, responsiveness and memory usage.
• Leverage analytics and production issue data to continuously improve the product.
• Implement AI‑assisted experiences with on‑device TensorFlow Lite where they add genuine value.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong ownership, fast execution and a focus on product quality.
• Ability to think in user journeys and anticipate UX, performance and reliability issues.
• Honest about personal contributions and team impact.
