AOG Resolution Manager (d/f/m)

About the role

Join Satair, an Airbus Services company, as an AOG Resolution Manager in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel. You will lead shift operations, manage high‑priority material cases and ensure aircraft readiness for airlines and maintenance organisations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional guidance and act as shift lead on complex, critical AOG cases.
• Manage and process customer material orders for airlines and global customers.
• Source spare parts from global networks, monitor procurement activities and trigger escalations or withdrawals when needed.
• Ensure on‑time delivery of spare parts and related services using technical and commercial data.
• Deliver high‑quality responses to customer requests, enhancing satisfaction and communication performance.
• Balance daily operational workloads, support shift planning and cross‑customer activity overviews.
• Handle shift handovers and critical case escalations seamlessly.
• Work a 24/7/365 shift pattern, including weekends, nights and bank holidays.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Production or a related field.
• Professional experience in logistics, supply chain or customer service within the aviation industry.
• Technical background with the ability to interpret technical documentation and drawings.
• Strong customer orientation and proactive problem‑solving mindset.
• Collaborative attitude with experience guiding, motivating and training team members in shift environments.
• Structured, practical working style capable of handling unexpected situations and tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
