Arabic Player Support Specialist – Sofia

About the role

We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Player Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will be the first point of contact for Arabic‑speaking players of Supercell games, helping them resolve account and gameplay issues while delivering a high‑quality gaming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional player support in Arabic for Supercell game account inquiries.
• Respond to player questions and resolve issues related to account management, game features, and technical problems.
• Communicate with players through email and chat channels.
• Document player interactions accurately to aid service improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to relay player feedback and enhance overall service quality.
• Stay informed about Supercell games and industry trends to offer knowledgeable support.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic (oral and written); proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer or player support, preferably within the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with Supercell games.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer service.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
