Associate Consultant – Insurance

About the role

You will start your consulting career with a strong mix of individual support, on‑the‑job learning and formal training. You will work on diverse projects for large international insurance companies, implementing regulatory frameworks such as IFRS 17, LDTI, IFRS 9 and CECL, while gaining a solid foundation in insurance finance and actuarial transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of IFRS 17, LDTI, IFRS 9 and CECL for major insurance clients.
• Tailor existing software solutions to meet specific client requirements.
• Gradually take on additional project responsibilities and contribute to internal service offerings.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and participate in solution‑specific bootcamps.
• Travel to client sites as needed.

Required profile

• Degree in accounting, economics, finance, mathematics, actuarial science, engineering or a comparable field.
• Actuarial or CPA track, or passed exams, is a plus.
• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities with a hands‑on mentality.
• Willingness to travel and work in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to explain technical topics to non‑technical audiences.
• Internship or prior experience in insurance/finance is desirable.

• SAS 9.4 programming.
• Python (nice to have).
• R (nice to have).
