Associate Lawyer – Corporate & Commercial Litigation (Germany)

About the role
Oikonomakis Law, a well‑established firm serving high‑profile clients, is expanding its German practice. We are looking for a talented Associate Lawyer with at least five years of post‑qualification experience to join our team in Hamburg or Düsseldorf.
Key responsibilities
- Advise and support international and domestic clients on corporate, commercial, litigation and general practice matters.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts, legal documents and internal memoranda.
- Conduct thorough legal research and deliver clear, practical legal opinions.
- Communicate directly with clients and authorities, both locally and abroad.
- Collaborate with colleagues across offices on cross‑border matters.
Required profile
- Fully qualified German lawyer (Zweites Staatsexamen completed).
- Minimum five years of professional legal experience, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Team‑player with a proactive, client‑oriented mindset.
