Associate, Onboarding & Supply

About the role

The Associate, Onboarding & Supply will work closely with cross‑functional teams to analyse vendor performance, improve onboarding processes and ensure a smooth experience for Foodpanda’s partners. You will act as the main point of contact for vendors, providing training, resolving issues and maintaining accurate device and performance records.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current vendor performance and recommend improvements aligned with company goals.
• Prepare and update onboarding materials and deliver face‑to‑face or virtual training on “how to sell on Foodpanda”.
• Own performance tracking reports and dashboards in Salesforce, handling transmission issue cases and JIRA tickets related to hardware, connectivity and application problems.
• Update device status, manage replacement documentation and produce monthly reports on damaged or used devices.
• Resolve vendor disputes quickly and coordinate with APAC teams to raise and follow up on bug tickets.
• Support ad‑hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Sales, Key Account Management and Partner Service teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a startup technology environment or a related field.
• Strong organisational abilities with a proven capacity to prioritise multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with external vendors and internal teams across regions.
• Proactive, independent mindset and a good command of written and spoken English.
