Automation Engineer – Production Lines (Berlin)

About the role

Inuru is seeking an Automation Engineer to lead the automation of its OLED production lines in Berlin. You will work on cutting‑edge packaging and labeling technologies, ensuring high‑accuracy, high‑throughput manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Select, procure and install automation components for OLED production lines.
• Automate conveyor‑belt and robot systems for semiconductor‑type processes.
• Optimize processes such as ink‑jet printing, inert‑gas annealing and PVD.
• Identify process issues, develop corrective solutions and implement maintenance work plans.
• Create operating mechanisms for individual processing stations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience automating semiconductor production lines with vacuum, printing and inert‑gas equipment.
• Experience scaling production processes and handling OLED lighting or display manufacturing.
• Proven ability to integrate robots and high‑accuracy conveyor systems.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with documentation and reporting skills.
