Banquet Commis de Rang (m/w/d)

About the role

Join our Guest Event team at The Ritz‑Carlton Berlin as a Commis de Rang, supporting banquet and event operations. You will help create memorable experiences for guests by handling set‑up, service, and breakdown tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet rooms, tables, chairs, and equipment.
• Transport supplies and materials to and from event spaces.
• Take guest orders, serve food and beverages, and interact courteously with guests.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all company policies.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Less than one year of related hospitality or banquet experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
