Bauleiter Hochbau Schlüsselfertig – Site Manager

About the role

HOCHTIEF is looking for a Bauleiter Hochbau Schlüsselfertig to lead turnkey building projects on site in Berlin. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day execution of construction activities, ensuring that design, schedule, quality and safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily construction work on turnkey building projects.
• Manage subcontractors, site teams and external partners, leading regular site meetings.
• Maintain clear communication with project management, planning and commercial departments.
• Monitor project costs, progress and resources, supporting forecasting and budgeting.
• Assist with scheduling, project control, risk and change management.
• Ensure compliance with legal, contractual and safety regulations.
• Promote continuous improvement of site processes and procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in structural and turnkey building projects (Hochbau Schlüsselfertig).
• Strong supervisory and team‑leadership abilities.
• Budgeting and cost‑control expertise.
• Solid knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture or equivalent practical experience.
• Very good German language skills; English is an advantage.
