Brand Designer (Germany)

About the role

We are looking for a Brand Designer to join a globally distributed, developer‑focused organization. Based in Germany, you will translate complex technical concepts into compelling visual narratives that shape how millions of developers experience the brand across digital, print, and experiential channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve visual storytelling for presentations, pitch decks, conference materials, print assets, video content, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, DevRel, Success, Enterprise, and Events teams to create high‑impact creative executions.
• Design cohesive visual narratives across digital and physical formats, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strong brand alignment.
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines globally, overseeing visual identity and messaging.
• Lead end‑to‑end design execution for print, digital, social media, and event branding.
• Produce high‑quality design assets with meticulous attention to detail, especially for technical audiences.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience as a Brand Designer or similar role in fast‑paced, digital‑first or tech environments.
• Advanced proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience designing across digital, print, and presentation formats.
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, branding principles, and design systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in async, remote, or globally distributed teams is highly valued.
• Strong attention to detail, including knowledge of print production standards.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.
