Brand Designer

About the role

This is a rare opportunity to own brand design end‑to‑end at a fast‑growing European enterprise AI SaaS company. You will shape the visual identity across digital, physical and experiential touchpoints, working in a small high‑trust team where decisions move quickly and impact is visible.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the design system, maintaining components, tokens and visual patterns for scale and reuse.
• Design high‑quality merchandise, brief suppliers, iterate on samples and approve final materials.
• Shape physical environments such as office spaces, event setups and conference booths to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
• Lead high‑visibility creative projects from concept to launch, including campaigns and collaborations.
• Maintain the website’s visual and frontend quality, shipping production‑ready updates independently.
• Manage multiple projects across Figma, briefs and vendor relationships while ensuring consistency.
• Apply AI tools pragmatically to accelerate output without compromising craftsmanship.

Required profile

• 5+ years of brand design experience delivering end‑to‑end brand experiences, including design systems, merchandise and physical environments.
• Proven ability to lead high‑visibility creative projects and define briefs in ambiguous situations.
• Collaborative, direct communication style and confidence to defend design decisions with rigor.
• Comfort working in a fast‑moving, small team environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Hands‑on frontend development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to ship production‑ready updates.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems, including component libraries and token management.
• Motion design or animation capabilities for brand storytelling.
• Use of AI‑assisted design workflows.
