Brand Designer – Visual & Messaging Lead

About the role

Avelios is looking for a Brand Designer to own the visual and messaging side of its brand across print, physical and digital touchpoints. You will create high‑quality assets from expo booths to social media graphics and evolve the brand system as the company scales in the health‑tech market.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality assets for print, physical and digital channels, including event materials, merchandise, social media, web, and employer branding.
• Prepare production‑ready files for print and large‑format applications, ensuring correct dimensions, bleed, color modes, resolution, fonts, export formats, and proof coordination.
• Maintain and evolve Avelios’ brand system, including guidelines, templates, visual language, components, and reusable design assets.
• Shape on‑brand messaging and copy within designs, proposing creative directions and research‑backed brand ideas.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on briefs, concepts, feedback, specifications, proofs, and final handoffs.
• Research design, marketing, brand, and competitor trends, translating insights into continuous brand development.

Required profile

• Degree or training in Graphic/Media/Communication or equivalent demonstrated through a strong print and digital portfolio.
• 4+ years of experience designing across print and digital collateral, ideally with ownership or evolution of a brand or visual system.
• Proven production experience with large‑format graphics, merchandise, event materials, print collateral, and vendor coordination.
