Brand Director & Business Unit Lead (m/f/x) – Germany

About the role

As the Brand Director & Business Unit Lead you will act as the internal CEO for one of Dr. Kurt Wolff's established brands in Germany. You will own the full P&L, shape the strategic direction and drive profitable growth while ensuring long‑term market leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of revenue, profitability and sustainable growth for the assigned brand.
• Define and execute the long‑term business and brand strategy for the German market.
• Lead the product portfolio and innovation pipeline from ideation through launch, prioritising initiatives by commercial impact.
• Develop and implement the national go‑to‑market strategy, including campaigns, launches, promotions and pricing.
• Craft compelling product, communication and claim strategies that differentiate the brand.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing, Sales and Operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading a consumer‑goods brand or business unit with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify market opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven approach.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
