Brand Marketing Associate

About the role

Wolt is looking for a Brand Marketing Associate to join its German marketing team. You will help shape and execute multi‑channel brand campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, on brand, and with impact. The role blends project coordination, creative collaboration, and the use of AI tools to streamline workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end production of campaigns across online video, OOH/DOOH, audio, paid social, direct mail, CRM and other channels, owning timelines, asset planning and delivery.
• Align internal stakeholders and external agencies to create cohesive 360° brand experiences.
• Own special projects such as merchandise, activations, PR initiatives and other brand‑focused productions.
• Maintain rigorous organization, ensuring all assets are correct, approved and on‑brand before launch.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve efficiency and explore new workflow possibilities.
• Collaborate daily with the local marketing team on routine tasks and ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in marketing, brand, advertising or campaign/project management.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a talent for bringing order to complex projects.
• Self‑starter who can own tasks, work independently and seek guidance when needed.
• Creative thinker who can generate ideas and see them through to execution.
• Strong interest in branding and understanding of what makes a brand consistent and compelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
