Breakfast Cook – 4-Day Workweek

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Breakfast Cook to join our kitchen team at The Paris Club in Düsseldorf. The role offers a unique 4‑day workweek, allowing you to start early, delight our guests with a superb breakfast experience, and enjoy three days off each week.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast dishes, ensuring high culinary standards.
• Maintain a tidy and organized workstation before, during, and after each shift.
• Keep the breakfast buffet fresh, well‑stocked, and attractively presented.
• Adhere to all hygiene and safety regulations.
• Work independently during busy periods while supporting the team.

Required profile

• Completed culinary apprenticeship with initial experience in a hotel, restaurant or catering environment.
• Early‑riser who can stay calm and organized during peak breakfast service.
• Passion for good food and the most important meal of the day.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
