Breakfast Cook – 4‑day week in Düsseldorf

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Breakfast Cook to join our kitchen team at The Paris Club in Düsseldorf. The position offers a unique 4‑day work week, allowing you to focus on delivering a memorable morning experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a high‑quality breakfast buffet for hotel guests and restaurant patrons.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station before, during and after each shift.
• Stock and refresh buffet items continuously to ensure freshness and attractive presentation.
• Adhere to all hygiene and food‑safety standards throughout the service.
• Work independently during peak breakfast rush while supporting the team as needed.

Required profile

• Early‑riser with the ability to stay focused and organized in the morning.
• Completed culinary apprenticeship and initial experience in a hotel, restaurant or similar catering environment.
• Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple guests arriving simultaneously.
• Passion for good food and the most important meal of the day.
• Strong personality that complements a warm, welcoming team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hygiene and food‑safety standards.
• Ability to present and replenish a buffet attractively.
